All products are stored in a smoke-free, climate controlled environment and arecarefully shipped USPS Mail with Tracking. Insurance is added when PriorityMail is applicable.

I DONT offer refunds and all sales are FINAL, unless upon delivery your itemsare damaged or defective. Then and ONLY then will a refund be offered. Allreturn shipping must be paid by Buyers. The refundwill be issued after the return is received and thoroughly inspected, and willbe for the amount paid less the shipping cost I paid. All items must bereceived back in the same and original condition as they were shipped in orrefunds will not be issued. All returns must include a tracking number as I cannotrefund items that are lost during shipping that are not properly tracked by thePost Office.

I ship items daily. Items purchased on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will beshipped on the following working business day. This also applies when a Holidayoccurs. Tracking Numbers are generated and attached to the items when theshipping label is created.

Delays are still possible due to mail carriers. EBay estimated delivery timesare not always accurate, especial during holiday times. I have no control overthe Post Office deliveries schedules. I have no control of the postal system orthe weather. Please allow reasonable and ample time for your items to arrivethrough the postal system. I am not responsible for the speed in which thepostal system deliveries your item once it leaves my hands. Please rememberthis and be reasonable.
